Everybody’s free (to wear Sunscreen) By Baz Luhrman

A column of Chicago Tribune that changed it all.

Mary Schmich wrote a column on Chicago Tribune on June 1, 1997. In her introduction to the column, she described it as the commencement address she would give if she were asked to give one.

The essay kicked up. It was used in MIT commenecement speech that year. Baz Luhrman got inspired, he made a video on that speech. It was history. It was played at each graduation ceremony in some universities. Here is the video. Its just awesome. I have no words to describe it.
